RETURN

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Clothing returns must include the original clothing bags in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this bag from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
